CATRON COUNTY FAIR BOARD CONTRACT FOR VENDERS &

COMMERCIAL EXHIBITORS  

A charge of $40.00 will be made for all Commercial Exhibits. Commercial exhibitors will be charged an additional $20.00 for electricity and/or water hook-up if these amenities are needed. If your check is returned there will be a $35 returned check fee. Commercial vendors must provide their own

tables and chairs. If you are outside the building you need to provide for your own electrical needs (as generator etc.) as we have no outside plug-ins.

Division superintendents and exhibitors should contact the Catron County

Extension Service (575) 533-6430 no later than July 31 to request display

areas inside the Fair Building. All vendors inside the building will need to vacate the building by 5:00 PM on Saturday August 24th. Every effort will be made to grant your request on a first come, first served basis with payment due at booking. Complete the following form and mail to:
